I recently stayed at Eurostars in Prague for a quick trip. The location was perfect, close to Karlovo namesti and the university. The room was bigger than expected and had a well-fitted bathroom. The high ceilings and well-appointed furnishings were impressive. The staff was attentive, and the WiFi worked well. The breakfast was good and the hotel was just a short walk from Wenceslas Square.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The property was correct, the room very good, good location and friendly staff but given the inconvenience I had it seemed that I should be more efficient.

I asked for information from Laundry, I was told that it was for a garment, I was misinformed, I was not given correct prices and Laundry of a few garments was worth one night in a hotel, I will make the corresponding complaint because they are not clear in informing that service and if we had known the prices we would not have done it. We feel cheated, we paid about 100 euros to wash 5 shirts 1 Jean some underwear and socks. In total 48 objects, then already consummated indicated us what was going out and even for second time badly, only passed us the amount of the vat, shame not to be clear, at least to indicate for garment the value is such and client decides. That ruined our stay at the hotel.

We stayed at Eurostars and had a great experience. the hotel is in a prime location, with friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was pleasant. the reception area is cozy and the outside of the hotel looks nice. We also enjoyed the great breakfast buffet. the hotel is conveniently situated near public transportation, a supermarket, and various dining options. Eurostars provided us with a perfect stay in Prague. Cons: Nothing to be said 👍.

Location was key for us. Very accessible for walking or public, transportation. Staff very friendly and helpful with directions, etc.

Our one drawback was the spotty air conditioning. We had to change rooms on the first night because the room was hot. The staff member walked us to different rooms and changed without any additional money or paper work. So it worked out fine!

The hotel was very stylish and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice.

Like i said the hotel was almost flawless but the customer service/people skills of some of the front line staff leaves alot to be desired. That said, the doorman/security man was very polite and made us feel welcome. Customer service can make or break a holiday experience, I feel that the staff here need to update their training.

Eurostars David delivers on great comfort, especially if you opt out for a double room with twin beds (for single use), as the room & bathroom are very spacious. Great location, as it is under 15 minutes walk from the centre, but at the same time in a quiet and very safe part of town.

Found that there were a few technical issues with the room keys to the number. Moreover, this exposed the fact that the staffs at the hotel have a great deal of room for improvement when it comes to customer service, and correcting the outlined complaints. In summary, the staff can be much more accommodating and friendly.

This is not a complaint but there is no place for suggestions. I thought that the lobby was not very welcoming, especially the area with the bar. I would have liked to have a drink at times but didn't like the area. I also had a problem with the placement of the small mirror in the bathroom. It was hard to see and therefore unuseable.

This hotel, with its carefully selected decor, is like staying in a luxurious time machine. The high ceilings and wooden staircase add a touch of grandeur to the experience.

Oh, and the reception staff were just so delightful. Couldn't have asked for more sarcasm and indifference.

The staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was great (the hall where it was served was a bit tight in space). The rooms were large and comfortable and quiet. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

None of these were that big of an issue, but here are some minor negatives: It was a bit away from the main sights, but still within walking distance. The hotel was located in a quiet area, but there was construction around the building which made it noisy in the mornings.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was very very nice as well. The breakfast was fantastic, lot to chose from and good quality. The stuff was friendly and helpful.
